Specializing in training dressage horses of all ages and levels. Customized long and short term training packages and training plans are possible to fit the needs of every horse. We are happy to make appropriate agreements for talented competition horses.

The purpose is to optimise the natural abilities of the horse and make riding a graceful, pleasurable experience. Preparing and confirming a solid base, so their body and therefore their mind is ready, willing and confident to work at the highest levels. Re-establishing trust in horses which have been labeled “difficult” or “hard to manage” . Developing young horses to their maximum potential. From teaching a young horse ground manners, to accepting a saddle and trusting a rider, to competing young horses at their first competitions or riding them in an IBOP, to taking an FEI horse in training to improve the upper level work, to competing a small tour horse or Grand Prix horse here in Europe and giving them more competition experience or promoting stallions. We can customize a training program to fit the need of each individual horse and help their owners achieve their goals.

Before starting with Maria, I was training for 2 years with little gains in skill or knowledge of horse management. Overall, I was frustrated and felt stuck. I have been with Maria for over 2 years and her knowledge and mentoring provided during this time has been exemplary with regards to training of the rider and horse and over all horse care. I was and continue to be impressed with her high level of care for horses and horsemanship. The horses and safety always comes first. Within my first year at Maria’s barn, and within 2 shows, I qualified for the first time for Regionals and achieved my highest score ever of 70%. Maria provides many opportunities to show and learn at clinics she holds at her beautiful farm.

Maria is down to earth, personable, and professional. Maria’s guidance and motivation as a coach has been such a powerful influence for me to work harder and learn more. I look forward to continue to train with her. Maria is an exquisite rider and it is a pleasure to watch her work. All the horses she rides respond positively to her and she brings out the highest quality and best performance in all the horses I have seen her train and compete on.
